K800 On/off Problem
 

when i install battery in phone it become on.but when i pressed the on/off switch it normally off.advise me something what i should to do.thanks in advance

in first step you remove the on/off switch and test the phone that self powered with battery inserting or not.
if phone powered again without switch try to cleaning the board.
