Member: 843510 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 3 | K800i mic replacement? i'm going to replace the mic on my old k800i..(with hot air gun) how long does one need 2 heat the component/board when mounting the new mic?.. do i read the included chart right..if i heat it around 190-250sec?.. Member: 718027 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 32 | if u r using the same mic as in board.. perhaps ur temp is about 320 pre-heat on the board until those solder r melted...then quickly put the mic at the position...then direct flow it in between 15-20 seconds by inceasing the temp to 345... that is my way...wish it do help u abit...
