flashing has nithing to do with ringtones...it's a hardware fault.

Everything depends what kind of damage u have if soft problem then flash and it will work but in my opinion 90% of damages are due to hardware faults on pcb (faulty n4100) so if it`s n4100 u can flash it 100000 times ;] without result ;]
