K850 Touch keys not working - GSM-Forum

Hello,

on my K850 the touch keys aren't working. I changed the keypad already 4 times but it still doesn't work. It looks like the problem doesn't come from key pcb.

did you try chage the lcd? i think its lcd problem............

change key pad again other brand sure ok some time new key pad also come spoil i face this prob before.......

No need to change the display there is nothing to do between the display and touch pad , can touch and make software update.

there are two kinds of touch pads the old one and the new one you can know the new one from the layer of the camera key it must be brown not green.

finally the new part arrived and everything works

Seems that all parts i ordered had the same problem^^
