k850i no display help

i have here k850i the problem is display looses. sometimes has sometimes none. i search for the solution and i found that some has done it for light solution. so i think that my phone is loosing its connection in light. so i decided to check its light connection in lcd. when i check it all connection is all working fine. as you can see when starting to switch on phone there is a display after a while the display becomes blank. then again i search for another solution i found the transistor this image below.



after i remove this transistor and test the unit the problem switching the phone on the display turns blank and no display result. so return the old chip then test it again now the unit is totally blank and the screen does not show anything.
