i have a k850i and the touch screen dosnt work.
iv flashed it, changed the screen and changed the keypad but it still dosnt work.
no liquid damage.
any ideas please.

HI,

I understand that it requires changing keypad or Keypad IC to solve touch screen problem but question 1 how can we know if the problem is in IC or in Keyboard, secondly any diagrams to change IC which IC and where its located.

Also where I can buy cheapest Casing fascia for K850i and keypad

where is keypad iC? i bought new keypad pcb , after changing it now only one right hand side touch button is working , other two buttons still not working. what you reckon is this keypad faulty as just one button working, before on old keypad none of touch screen buttons were workign.

just try another keypad flex...focus only there...
tried on my k850i phone...

best way is to Turn off your phone everytime you try to change and check flex keypad pcb, try couple of flex pcb keypads and problem will be solved, touch button will best perfect once fitted completely.

I think touch is not on screen, you have to change the whole keypad plate.
