W900 Testpoint Broken - GSM-Forum

I have w900 with broken testpoint so when I connect the phone following errror appears "Applet error: ERROR GETTING THE FIRST FLASHDEVICE
The applet has intentionally turned the phone off!
Script error: Unspecified [9.20.30]" I attach the testpoint picture and want to know the solution for that broken testpoint as there is no track there when that smd is attach in picture.

i broke the pad (testpoint 1)
repairing is possible or not?

i have fixed the test point but it depense what pad is still there.
if the contact near the chip is gone than there is nothing i can help with but if its there and the other side is gone than take a close look near the point there is a track going down left take a sharpe knife and gently and i mean very carefully scrach the track untill u see the copper coulored track now this is the track leading directly to the missing contact. It worked for me. Good luck with it.

Just link to two ponit of the resistance with a wire. and u are able to connect the phone.

Hi guys, i got some very wierd problem ! tried to unlock W900, i have done few befores. but while phone was connected voltage on cable were 9v, cruiser was not detecting the phone. Than i read the post saying change voltage to 3v, so i changed it 3v while it was connected and same time smoke came out of phone and DEAD . can any one guide me please which part of phone is damaged so i can replace it and make it work ? I will really appriciate if help me with pictures i am not good with repair.
