lt26 no internal headset

very strange problem with Sony LT26i.

If we put a software version 2.3.7 or below the headset works perfectly.

If we put a higher version to 2.3.7 the phone does not work.

Someone will step?

THANKS

xperia lt26i curious error

With some versions up to 2.3.7 I get this error window:
"The accessory's microphone and buttons are not available"

This error does not come with all versions, for example, now I have the phone with version 4.1.2 and if you get this error when starting the phone.

It has been proven (to try) to put a headset on the phone again, a new audio jack ... and continues with the same problem / error: if you have software version 2.3.7 or below the headset and audio jack works perfectly, as he puts a higher version to 2.3.7 the phone stops working.

CURIOUS

Dismantel phone remove /clean audio jack inside & flex on display where jack is connected.
Assemble phone & check.no issue of android version found so far with lt 26.
You need to clean audio jack/flex.

lt26i strange problem audio

THANK YOU for your answer.

It's not hardware problem, since we have taken another lt26i with software version higher than 2.3.7 (which works perfectly all) and exchanged the motherboard.

The motherboard that when you upload the software to a version higher than 2.3.7 still does not work when I put in the second LT26 (which works perfectly). And the second phone motherboard (which works perfectly) when placed in LT26 housing that gives the problem works perfectly.

This would mean that the audio jack, the headset, the buzzer ... the LT26 we have problems functioning properly, in fact the proof is when you put a software version equal or lower than 2.3.7, when it works.

All indications are that it may be a hardware problem, but components that are integrated / soldiers on board.

Very strange.
