i have a sony erisccon k800i and it has stopped working u press the on button and the phone just vibrates would some 1 help me telling me what the problem is and what i have got to do to fix it thanks tom

Hi mate it could be water damaged, but you can try first Flash your phone. maybe can be software problem....

i have not dropped it in water and how can i flash it please ?

FIRST OF ALL TRY TO FLASH WITH CRUISER BOX.AFTER IT WILL B OK 90% CHANCE.BUT IT FAILS WASH IT WITH CTC AND FLASH IT AGAIN UR PROBLEM WILL B SOLVED 100%. I HAVE DONE THIS WITH MY K608i IN SAME CONDITION AND GOT RESULT 99%
