Check volume buttons from left side of phone, maybe they are always
pressed by the plastic switcher...

I have few day's similar problem with SMS messages, only last letter of text
was displayed when writing message, afther i poll volume buttons out, phone
work's OK.

nelix is right got 5 phones fixed with that problem, if you look closely the volume buttons are being pressed by the plastic switcher tangled up with the housing. RAHUL12345's problem maybe a shorted switch(vol buttons) not the plastic switcher.

hope this helps..
