P800-"The internal file system was found...

...to be corrupted and will now be reformated" aftre power on,then formating disk (progress bar not goes),after restart all the same.
I searched on forum and found some solutions, but didnt repair phone using them.
So,I tried software solutions, changed power IC (I solved similar problem on P900 aftre change power IC),rehoted all flash ICs.

So,does somebody can help with this phone?
Thanks
Shiljo

Hello,friends!
What do you think to try to replace 28F128K3 with 28F640J3,both of them?
Is that possible to work with these flashes?
Thanks
Regards
