p800 touchscreen not working??

I have a SE p800 whose touch screen is not working, the customer claims its due to some misshandeling in operating.

now i wanna know weather its a software or a hardware prob??

Hardware problem,mostly on touch screen glass its a common problem either on P900 also.

where is the touch screen glass more info please
