Angry P910i problems with tms fonefunshop and four locks

I tried to unlock my p910i (which had four locks on) with tms (via fonefunshop).
firstly I only have the dss-25,
The unlock didnt work so I used the repair avr file and then used unlock.
This changed my imei to 123456-12345600-00-6.
The four locks were gone but the phone was useless( due to the imei)
I then tried the gdfs repair but the phone needed unlocking(again) afterwards.
This seemed to work but I did notice my imei was slightly different than reported on the box and back of phone.
I had now spent 5 credits( £39.90) and had not received any support from various emails sent to tms and fonefunshop.
I wrote to funfoneshop again to tell them I had sorted it out but £39.90 was a bit excessive.
I then received an email from funfoneshop telling me 2 free credit had been given to me.
I thought I had best use them as it had cost me and decided to debrand the p910i.
After the debrand the phone started up without T-mobile logos but it now had four locks back on it.
I quick credit later to try the unlock and I still had four locks on.
After writing countless more emails (without support or reply) to try and get the credits needed to repair my phone for free I caved in and purchased enough credits to do original procedure.
on the final credit (9 paid for - 2 free) I am getting an incorrect password error on tms.
I have emailed fonefunshop about this but have not received any reply upto now.
So to unlock and debrand my phone so far it has cost me 9 credits ( near on £80) and 2 free.
And I am still not sure that the last credit will work.
If you are thinking of using tms think twice.

recieved reply from fonefunshop say not sure what I meant but to send them my phone.
I replied saying wary as i have spent alot already and want to know where to send it to and what has happened to the credit i bought that is not recognising password but am still waiting for reply.
be wary if using tms or fonefunshop they do not seem to know their arses from their elbows.
its your money just be very careful it is not in the hands of an incompetent company like fonefunshop or tms.

Update

Fonefunshop have been very reasonable to refund all but £25 of cost so far and have agreed to take the phone and unlock/debrand/fix for the £25 unrefunded.
£25 being the cost of unlock/debrand if sent to them originally.
Cant ask for any more than that.

will update when phone is returned.

it would be nice if you mentioned that WE DO NOT list the p910i as a supported model when you ordered from us ;-)

as we know people have locked out all their locks on these models in the past.

That is correct fonefunshop site does not state that they support p910i.
But TMS does state it and it is TMS that I went to first and they recommended fonefunshop for credits.
But I have my p910i back now and fonefunshop debranded/unlocked/fixed as they agreed which considering they refunded the wasted credits aswell is more than they had to do.
On the whole if you have any problems they eventually will help and sort it out.
And after sending the p910i off on monday and receiving it back on wednesday morning thay seem very fast too.
