No vibrate problem
Vibrate motor is ok
Flex is ok
Reflash done
But still no luck

this problem is autometic restart and some time is wifi and
mobile network data is working and some time is not working

Schematics do not exist for all Sony phones starting from 2+ years ago. Sony do board swap for phone's under warranty.

Maybe someone will show you charging ways but forget about official schematics.
