Member: 867466 Status: Offline Sonork: 28008980 Thanks Meter: 37 |  SI-X1 “shaked” This document is applicable for X1 Background: There has been some comments and complains about the sound that can be heard when you shake the X1 in your hand close to your ear. It sounds like there are some parts loose within the X1, but it is two plastic wheel barrels that are causing this sound. These two plastic wheel barrels are located in the slider function for the Display. Please see the attached pictures.   Comments This is nothing that is broken or wrong in the phone. Solution: Due to that nothing is wrong on the units so there should not be any repair done so these returns should not be accepted at any service center.
