sony ericsson T100 keypad problem


Hi,all i have a problem with my Sony Ericcson T100.It lost your keypad ,only "on/off" button working.After cleaning and flowing CPU the problem is the same.I made flashing with higher version of software ,but nothing.I had no schematic diagram pls help me

That's right Rehot the CPU.
If still try to clean with ultrasonic cleanner.
rehot again. + check volume on side phone it ca be the problem

Remove/change sound buton OR remove U5 and U6(tranzistors under keypad)

solution 100%

replace volume UP/DOWN slide key .
