Sony lt18a restart when sim insert


Sony lt18a restart when sim insert, without sim card no problem.....flashed with flash tool also used update tool no luck ,,,experts plz help....

Call 112 without sim. if it restart or goes to black display.

yes we have a diode inside the transistor component..

see the full diagram we have base, emitter, collector..
