Hi I have 2 pieces of W595 with speaker problem I have chaged the flex with the earpiece and still have same problem Please any idea to solve this ?

replace the halfflex.test the earpiece when flip closed.sometimes it start to work and you will sure the halfflex is broken.

Brother change the new stripewithspeaker. test 100% ok.

i have the same problem
i have change the flex (earpiece) and the upper keypad but nothing
