T100 Full Signal But Can Make Call - GSM-Forum

HI ALL
SAMSUNG T100
AFTER WATER DAMAGE CLEAN BOARD CLEANED AND ALL WORK GOOD . I HAVE FULL SIGNAL BUT PHONE CAN SEND AND RECEIVE CALL. WHEN DIAL NUMBER WAIT SOME TIME AND RETURN TO MAIN MENU.
SOME HELP PLEASE

no idea!
may be it's very soon for T100 phones to fell into water!

but REHOT PA!

It works with me on A200 and R220 and N500

it will be pa short circuit inside the can (metal shielding cover). Try to replace

IF IT IS PA
i think signal drop or no signal at all
but in this case i have full signal but and call end on every dial
and not receive call like when phone is power off

It could just appear that you have full signal for some reason

check the following
1- flash your phone with a new flash if any problem during it you have water dammage under flash ic
2- is your imei number correct? if no write the eep
3- do you check the antenna switch?
4- any cappacitor or resitor or filter in rx line maybe dammaged?
if it is water dammaged so easy to see
5- worst of all check synthisizer
6- pry to *** for that
7- buy a new t100
8-........

also I forgot to say becouse other mates do that

first of all you must check PA

you have full signal (RX)
do you have any TX?
check it boy

i flashed phone but same problem
maybe uploading eprom help
can you send me T100 eprom dump please and tell me if emprom is physicall or emulated

In most cases in A-series (i'm still not have T100 with this problem) problem is on TXVCO circuit - not in PA, not in antena switch, or RF 137-12 or radio IC (last is guwed

) - full signal, but TX is not working.

chek very carefully for badly soldered components& resolder
