Sony Z5 turns off when headset/cable plugged in - GSM-Forum

Hi,

my Z5 has a problem: <br />it turns off, when I plug an accessory like headset, data cable etc. It works fine, but at the moment I plug in the stuff, it plays the turn off animation, so I can't use anything but the charger. <br />SW 6.1.6. Didn't try to reflash it, because I can't read is with gl3 loader, it freezes always. Cable works fine with any other Z5...

Any idea how to solve it?

There are buffer diodes on motherboard connected to every pin.<br />Trace the Rx, Tx, Gnd etc pins to the diodes and probably you’ll find the dead one/s/

a csávónak igaza van. minden retek rendszercsatlakozót egy zenersor véd ha szar cuccot teszel rá,átég és testre húz. simán cseréld ki ha nem találsz ugyanolyat akkor általában segíteni szokott ha kiveszed és nem raksz semmit helyette vissza.
