t20e restarting - GSM-Forum

Hello

i have problem with my t20e. when i inserted sim card it always restart.
log to network and restart , or restart before logging to network.
also same is witout simcard.
i reflashed it and also rewrite eeprom
but still same.
i do reflow on Flash ic and ram but no result.
any idea?
also have more t20e to repair, most of them signal problem.
can any1 help me with exact signal problems too .
i read old posts but everytime other answer on same problem.
so if some1 have experiences i can test it on these 1o phones and then we can make something like FAQ for these phones.
for example.
long searching ., manual search NO NETWORK FOUND. -> it is faullty xxx

etc..

what to do with the rest?
all phones no network msg on lcd .
in manual search no network too.
no signal bars on lcd

Hi friends,

most t20 have problem with as follow :
1st. RF
2nd. PA

both of them can make ur mobile restart when they're shorted.

and last is DSPa or change flash IC.

i thincmayb bad soldering in rys105639/2 try out (this is the voice encoding device that has the same power supply of the logic circuit so it can cause software prob).
