T28 processor desoldering problem


Hi, all how can i desolder processor on Ericsson T28 that with compaund protection without damaging phone?

forget about it. it's almost impossible
processor on nokia's could be desoldered much much easier. but on t28's it is really hard

It's possible to desolder CPU or other component whit glue around but you have to increase the power of the station soldering to around 400°/450°, and if have success after remove the glue for resolder the component......very hard but nothing is impossible.

hello pandemonio,
if we increase temperature to 450 celsius degree, cpu may be burn, don't you thing? because time to hot is longer then usualy
