Hi ,<br />Have problem with this PA amplifier IC , have tried replace with hot air rework station , but after replacing 2 form 3 ic's dead ... Where is problem ? To high temperature or bad quality of ic's ?<br />P.S. temperature was ~ 250-300 C and time ~ 20 S

PA amplifier IC &gt; with 15 -&gt;bad chip<br />With 19 good working chip seria.

Yes you use temparature too high or your p.a below 0032 easy to dead if heater too high or too long&gt;new series more better try to see the code on p.a 0032 upper more better.<br />You must change faster.

20 sec is too much... I heat it about 7-10 sec.
