if your phone dropped from your arms .
an incomplete sound , check your phone setting for sound.
or animation setting .

your phone water damage.
try drying your phone from all water disposit.
dismantle your phone for this application..
please, check all phone modules for water disposit.
and dry .couple back again.

no sound and ring tones or just no sound ...........

i HAVE THE NO SOUND PROBLEM AFTER WATER DAMAGE.

^^sorry bout caps.

Ringtones and the headset only work in the test menu. but during a call, no sound can be heard. ringtones don't work..but startup sounds/keypad tones do.

mic doesnt work at all.

any suggestions?

if my lcd is bad could it make this phone not to come on?
like i said befor the phone dont come on
what happens when i try powering it is that i get an incomplete start up soud which hangs but phone not coming on

I guess u have Twister/UFS or Div USB...
Try to Flash GDFS and see what happens

1. dry your phone board again from water ilqiud inside your phone.

2. clean ear piece pin and laying position on your phone .
you need a mircoscope to check your phone.
