T630 hang after 10-15 sec - GSM-Forum

Hi!

Have one T630 that hangs after 10-15 sec. after turn on. What can be the problem here - already flashed the handset, so it's HW problem... but which part can it be? Any hints?

heh ... now I can't flash it anymore ... the phone wont communicate with Twister and restarts all the time ... what can it be?

It propably have a problem with GDFS zone.
try reflash GDFS.
and first You must clean contact pads !
this phone must be ok (hardware)
if phone hava a malfuncion in charging never conect with soft!

check this
what You have a soft for this phone!

hi
flash mcu .........
modem file...........and then remove tick from protect sa and then flash gdfs
after that init sec blk .problem will be solved .

yes ... I would like to flash this phone .. but now I can't communicate with the phone ... I have UFS and DIV ... all contacts are clean ... it must be something with HW, but what? When I connect the phone under UFS it wont boot - but I don't kwon why it starts, goes to the menu and restarts ... or hangs .... and .... HF profile is always on!

charging is ok I think bcs. he shows that the battery is charging but again ... restarts all the time ...

Powiem tak. Ładowanie niby jest OK, bo coś tam pokazuje że łąduje, początkowo telefon się zawieszał (był zaśliniony przez dziecko od strony złącza) ale po kompieli i wygrzaniu 2 układow obok złącza resetuje się non stop ... Komunikacja była tylko przed pierwszym flashowaniem ...
