I repair many SE T610 and T630 with UFS3
First download the good MCU something with R6C and EU1 2 3 4 or more depending your target language so it's very important to flash the modem as well with the correct modem flash suitable with the MCU and finish with init sectblk and you have 90% chance to restart your dead Sony ericsson.
It's very important to be patient and make it step by step and never flash MCU only

If You use UFS try read memory and see on readed file in hexeditor. Maybe flash is damaged?

Try to find this part from some old damged phone and replace it. Try the power amp maby it is damaged. I have that problem with my Sony Ericsson T100 after it was trown in water but I can turn it on only for fiew minutes with charger pluged.
