T65 charging problem

Hello
I have a T65, that does not charge battery. I find out that charging input is shorted to GND (15 ohms). But i cant find what caused this. I found only 2 componets that are directly on charging input, but they are OK...any help please. If someone have better service manual (with schematic diagram) as is on Landys page, please send it to me...

1.if this problem, do not related to diode , what do i do?,
check the charging port position of your phone.
2. if this contiune , knoe that your phone have a charging IC problem.
