Crasy T610 Gdfs Flash Problem - GSM-Forum

Hi friends,

I have strange t610 with freeze auto reboot problem.

Before openning that phone i have updated phone software with R6B04 flash file (modem + mcu)
flash was Ok

Then, i upload full gdfs (original) and now starts problems:
- With terminator directly give error 4017 (if i remember good)
- with UFS2, it start to full erase block per block gdfs flash chip and it stop to program it at 25%.

i retry this operation 4 times and same problem also error at 25%.

So, i open the phone and i reflow the 3 flash + cpu with flux with hot air gun setted to 280°C

i retry to flash GDFS, and same problem programming is stop at 25%.

My questions are:

- to have description of that 3 flash chip ( i think GDFS flash chip is damaged) and i don't know witch flash is MCU MODEM and GDFS

If the GDFS flash is damaged why UFS2 erase bloc/per/bloc but can't program?

Where to find reball kit for flashs and CPU of that phone.

most gsm web have reball kit but if want latest like photo you may go to china
