Urgent! need help on Ericsson RF chips.
 

Hi all!
I see there is 2 types of RF ICs in Ericsson phones - 3004xxxx and 1103xxxx. Is this a same chip or different one? I just need to know can I use 3004 instead of 1103 in T28, R320 etc...

Hi I knou ather marking for Ericsson PA But I give 100% thet T28 and R320 PA is chengeble! But very ceful on soldering It! U olso can use Chaina PA whis cod 19 on end of mark. It`s better because they can be used on higher temperatur of air!!!!
For detail and good solution to solder - desolder its PA conekt by me by ICQ

Buddy, it's not a PA but RF processor I meant. So question still actual - is the 1103xxxx and 3004xxxx the same or different chips?
