w550i bluetooth starts and it show on. but dosent work.....any guess

if you have open phone. then check bt antena is proper fix. also check for proper contect to pcb.

if your phone is opened befor it check for being bluetooth antenna.
its a copper metal that connect to two metal pads on boad.
and may it was droped befor it.
