W580i No Speaker

W580i speaker is not working.Ringer speaker is ok.Trying to find the speaker ways but failed.Please help.

open frontage portion of the screen.
above the upper keys is a speaker.

I said ringer is ok.Only upper speaker (Earpiece) is not working.
