flashing spiro is like flashing neptune-based phones.

find sales id list for spiro, i posted it today.
then get appropriate filesystem and cdf (customization)
finally get main firmware part (if needed - clean file system too)

add all 3 (4) files to firmware area, check signed mode and press flash.

I add clean file.

@ahmad5175

This should be able to do with Update Service, Sony Ericsson - Marketingurlportal.
You'll need a USB cable to do this.
Follow the given on-screen instructions and this will hopefully get fixed.

If this is what you've already been doing, there's nothing else you can try on your own to fix the phone. Contact your dealer about this if a software update can't be performed. They will be able to send the phone to a repair center.

Yess, it work only if you have not last sw on W100, and it is easy, easyer than with SeTool. When you turn on the first time after update, SE logo will "long time" (few minutes) stay on display and you will maybe think that something is wrong but wait and it will turn on. Turn it off, insert SIM and it will work like new.
If it dont work after update.. you need SeTool and...
Good luck
