Hello, everyone I have a similar problem with my phone I have a message saying configuration error but I can't access the menu or any of the features on the phone. can anyone help me

Reflash the phone with correct files and finalize the phone.

don't mean to sound like an idiot but how do I do that? I can't access the menu on the phone.
