W800 Lcd Change - GSM-Forum

Hi...I want to change the lcd on the W800 but am not sure how to dismantle it and can't find instructions anywhere. Could someone kindly please tell me how to dismantle it? Thanks

I could use some help in changing the lcd. I cant get the new lcd to work, it´s tricky to put the connectors in place. How far in shall i put it in?

The connector should 'click' into place but you need to take care.

Still not working, seems that there is no connections to the pins.
Can you post a picture that shows the connection please.

I don't have the phone anymore so can't send you a pic but if you pm me your email address I'll email you a link for the w800 service manual which has pics.
