You mean that phone has a bad keypad connection ???

Check keypad connector first.

main keypad to camera button tracks may be damaged. (99%)

Is camera button react to the sevice keypad test ?

How can I check this ? Do you mean selftests for example in HWK ?? Or Hardwaretest?
