i have w850i the camra note working and say
" another application is running . close it , and then start the camera."

en francier
" autre application en coure. faremez-la, puis démarrez l'appareil photo."
please help me

do a factory reset and try,

did you changed the Camera driver ? if changed, restore original one.

otherwise, reflash and try
