hello everyone , i have a k800 i put battery and when i press power always tell me preparing for file transfer
anybody can help

water damage ? than u have clean especially charging conactor

no ! my friend ....it's due to : he has unplugged his phone from PC without closing it's related application ...so plug it again and launch the Application then close it ...the transfer mode will disappear for ever !

yes its not bcoz of water damage , but unplug usb cable without closing all applicqation, but still not good , now detecting as unknown device

wen i reconnect to disconnect , always my phone displays " usb connection ended . Its now safe to remove the usb cable " and h ang here itself

anyone can help?

i 'm sure the main cause of this problem, that is the USB IC (6 pins) (placed below NAND IC flash) , which may be short circuit. you try to resolde it.

hello!

i had same problem with w810i and i fixed it by replacing the crystal rectangular ic just above charging ic.look for the similar one on the k800i and it should be ok.
