the behind of mic (the same of other side) has 2 capacitor. one connect to + and other connect to - of mic.

use any universal mic

use universal mic with wire
don heat mic
just instal mic with wires
your problum will solved

or u can replace with mic nokia 5300
tested by me. it works

behind the mic there is two coils,middle of the mic goes to upper coil and outer goes to other coil, use 5200 mic
