W910 Inactive sim

Anyone know if it's possible to change imei on a W910. It's a DB3150 phone.

I get the "Inactive Sim" message. I've tried with several different sims. Pretty sure the phone's barred.

Paid 93£ for it on ebay .

W910i - that's the one with the wedge shaped bottom isn't it? Might make a good door stop

There will be some hardware solution to do this I suspect to enable an imie repair for flashing problems that have gone wrong or something but I don't know which hardware solution can actually do it as there is so many
