Xperia GO USB filter missing

Hi!
I have a problem with one ST27i. The phone came to me after 2 attempts to soldering USB connector. I soldered, but I saw one missing detail, as you can see on picture 1. USB connection with computer was imposible. I think it is filter 100mHz, as you can see on picture 2, but I had no schematic diagram on St27i.
My question is: Can I jump it, or not?
I'll be gratefull for any idea.
