I think it is weller station, but I cannot be sure of this, I am not an expert

Yes, I use weller station, best option the market, beat every soldering irons I used before.

It may be IC chip. This is a hard repair. You can try to buy used motherboard. If you wish to repair it search for a good guide in our facebook group USEFUL VIDEOS ABOUT ELECTRONIC REPAIR.

You should use milimeter and check the paths.

First check the baterry, there is a lot of examples when battery is completely dead. So swap it and let us know what's going on.
