the phone was in blue sreen only not powering off also software fault
I JUST ATTACHED WITH USB CABLE WITH SETOO2 LITE CRACKED VER. & SELECT MODEL Z710 & PRESS UNLOCK REPAIR PHONE DETECTED
THEN PHONE POWERED ON OK
100% WORKING SOL.

this could be happend because usb cable supply power to phone. just attach ur phone to usb cable - klik identify.............blue screen will no longer exist.
