My account is blocked from 5 days ago for no reason i was working with moto A835 & i restart my pc then i wanted to unlock another one & it's blocked also i contact my reseller & he didn't replay what's wrong with this server & what can i do pls anyone can help

New security rules:

- Unlimited accounts and Limited accounts

You have right to unblock accounts 3 times. After fourth block, your account is deleted. No excuses!

Explanation:

Some people resell accounts, after they unlock number of phones. After login from other PC, account is blocked, and they claim "we have virus”, "I had to format my PC”, "I have no idea what's happened

This can't be tolerated anymore. Be careful, and honest!

To Unimoto team try to find a fast solution for this problem & unblock my account i have work to do & i didn't find my money in the street why you didn't replay if somebody want to buy an account you will replay fast but to solve our problems no body replay you think that is a smart idea

First of all, i need to clear few things here:

1. Blocked accounts:
Account is blocked in 90% cases where user/customer doesn't understand how this protection work, or, where some people think they can resell it, after they unlock some phones.

- Once you buy unlimited account, You CAN NOT resell it. That's why the price is so low, it's still cheapest solution for motorola phones.

- Use only client version which is clearly stated at www.unimoto.net site, as "current version"

- People who try to cheat us - These people use words and phrases as "i had to format my PC", "my PC is crashed", "There is virus" and other stupid excuses, guys, it wont work !
1. As any normal person, you should have installed antivirus software, which is FREE on internet.
2. In case you really need to change something in your PC - please, you should contact your RESELLER first.

Be sure, we can recognize cheaters from honest and nice people here.

9% Of blocked accounts is due to "playing" with unlock/stop button. That cannot help you, to make faster unlock. So - after you play with server time, you're punished.

There is last percent, 1%, and it comes from Internet connection. Here is nothing we can do - either on Server side, or client side.

Regarding users who bought accounts from some people who do not offer any support, well, that's not my problem. I had many people even calling me "cheater" just because they bought accounts from people who don't care about customers.

I have 1200 my own users, and, it's very simple, i have no time for people who bought accounts from someone else.

Accounts are unblocked, i am really sorry for such big delay, as you already know, in past we needed few minutes only to unblock. Now - we have more users, so we need more time.
I hope this problem will never hapen again.
