Another Problem

Hi guys, I wonder if anyone can help me. I have just registered at bootloader.com and purchased the 12 acess to download flash files.

Now here is the problem, I can login ok but cannot get acess to the Smartmoto section as it says -

Quote:

This category is accessible only to original Smart-Clip users.
Login with your Smart-Clip first.

So I use the Smartclip login, try and connect but then get the message -

Quote:

Your Smart-Clip is allready registred by user \'The user I bought it off\'.

How do I go about sorting this out please.
