SMART CLIP ITS VERY GOOD PROJECT
BUT VERY POOR WEB SUPPORT

its realy bad toook almost 6 hours to get 20 mb flash yesterday.its too bad to have such a bad support site with a verry goood box

lucky you ...
90% of the time i cant even see any page after web login .... sometimes after i can web login.... cant pass the clip login .... need to try about 20-30 times usely.... after it does log .... cant get into folders..... blah ....
i have found out that if im trying to log at 2-3 am my local time (+2) it does log almost first time to web , and after about 5 tries with clip login....
in this time im getting nice d/l speeds as well... about 35-45k ...
sure i need to keep smartclip conected and powered in my office and remote my pc from there....
and all this that i only try to log to support once in few months...
damn i'll pay for dvd with all files to ship to me if they do it ...
i realy dont see why only file support need so much security ...
and whats the worst part ? that sc support not even answer in here.... and saying anything about why or when it'll be fixed...

Not only this..
be careful also when update ur clip.
if it dies...and ur clip not under garanti...u will not be able to repair it..
1st reply u get from them...after u wait weeks... that ur clip is clone..
and it is not.
i got 2 killed clips 100% original..(have 3 more) they claim that they r clone..and they r not.
time to change to another product...( many now ) that can give good support.

Yes! From the begining bad support, and wery strange that they cant
find oll lanuage pacs for motorola phones, wery strange, we oll need
language changing and firmware ofcorse.

i think they kill clips that r more than 6 months during update to get more money by suggesting exchange with a new one with 180 days garanti for 200 usd in exchange..if u send ur killed clip...
