Pink V3 Switching Off


Got a pink V3 here & it keeps switching off randomly, the firmware version is R374_G_0E.40.79R

Anybody got any idea's why it keeps doing this?

Had a problem with 1 of these last week, was using moto-x unbranded firmware though.

Master Reset\Clear seemed to fix the problem (havnt herd form customer since)

Tried all that already but still switching off, I have also flashed it with the new software ending in .40.CR & which has added the video recording etc but still the f**king thing is switching off.

Not may members coming up with any good solutions on this problem, has this problem got any answers, customer not a happy bunny!!!!

Well. since posting this problem 3 days ago the only responce I have had is factory reset which did not work, has anybody got any other idea's other than the obvious, the customer has brought it back for me to try again so come on guy's, get those brains working & help me put a smile back on my customers face.
