Cannot download from www.boot-loader.com - GSM-Forum

I badly need a language file using with SmartMoto, but cannot download it from the www.boot-loader.com support site. After i log in, the clip login page doesn't appear.
Maybe someone has that file and can send it to me?
It is a Motorola V180, firmware R365_G_0b.D2.23R
I need language 0E (hungarian).

Clip login works now, i guess it was a temporary server error.
