GSM-Forum - clip damage after update...clip serial : 0

Hi,

Prior to update, the smart-clip is working fine.
I did an update on 12-18-2007 and got an error message

After that error, i tried to update again, it gives a different error

Clip serial: 0
Firmware not found
login…Clip not registered

Anyone can help or any suggestion? Anyone knows how or maybe where to repair this smart-clip ?
