how can i read or remove user & sec code of a1000
any one can teach me ????

Use smart moto tool.Conect clip to lpt & phone to clip phone must be powered on.Now use search button.It will read automaticaly all information you want.Good luck......

when i conect phone with moto tool then phone is going power off

When your phone is switching off?
If this happens when you plug the cable into the hendset, it means that it caused by cable (some of the chinese made cables have different internal resistor). Best solution: change the cable.
