E398 can not unlock with smartclip v2.14 - GSM-Forum

i have four E398 flash no problem(good conenct with computer)

but can not unlock

may be new version have problem?

smart clip not support yet for higher boot loader of this phone and also not supported yet to c975 boot loader 6.3.0.1

Hi. Did you tried without memory card inside. I just had same problem with brand new E398, not unlocked (with mem card), but tried again witout mem card and 100%.

I have the same problem, my clip still 2.14. The e398 is boot loader 7.D0 and frim ware ver R372_G_0E.20.95R_A
Flex SE8609AXXJ804C - 2.0.H.3.2.2.0.15.0.0.1.
use power addapter for SC, connected fone to clip, pressed unlock. fone went to flash mode, clip green light blink 2 time then very dim green you can barly see it fo amost a minute then fone restart redlight come on SC, can not unlock, There was no flash card in fone, try with sim card and with out. Is there some thing i done wrong or did not do please advice, i need hlep.
Some one mention of flash it and then unlock it with SC, if so may i have the flash file or give me the correct file name.

Just did and my clip is dead, 4 hours later try to login but denied. Please help fix it, i am at the end here please so me the way out.

Still get red light while trying to unlock E398 after successfull updated to 2.15.
What is going on? why can it not able to unlock this fone is this not supported by SC?

Make sure you are not using a Forced boot mode cable...

I'M NOT USING FORCE BUT CABLE, BUT i HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM.
Everithing seems vell, and at the end of the unlock process SC shows red light... My E398 is without SIM and flash card inside. I use power supply, SC v.2.18! What is the problem SC team?
